  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    The entrances and exits are at 12:00 hours. We know that it is difficult to be punctual so we are flexible in that schedule as long as it is notified in advance. Someone from the family will be on the property to welcome you and show you around the house.

  • Are pets allowed?

    In principle we do not allow dogs or cats. In any case, we reserve the right to occasionally admit certain pets, consulting with us in advance.

  • Do you have a cleaning service?

    The house will be completely clean on the day of arrival. Cleaning supplies are provided for guests to clean during their stay.

  • Do you have rules for the use of the property?

    There are some basic rules and common sense to enjoy and preserve a pleasant environment at the same time.


    • Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas and using the ashtrays at all times, taking care not to be next to flammable areas. Totally forbidden to smoke inside the house.
    • Be sure to extinguish the barbecue coals when it is no longer in use.
    • Dogs and cats are not allowed on the property. For other types of pets, consult before booking.
    •  Noise disturbances are not allowed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Try to put the music on a personal level that does not disturb other farms.
    •  Guests over 16 years of age must present an identification document at the time of arrival to carry out the guest registration required by Law.
    • Make a moderate and rational use of water. It is a rare commodity.
    • Do not water the vegetation. We have drip irrigation with a timer.
    • Try to keep children supervised in the pool. Remove or add the safety mechanism to the pool ladder if you will not be keeping an eye on children outside of the pool for added peace of mind.
    • For better maintenance, cover the pool at night with the provided cover. It will maintain the temperature of the water and prevent leaves from falling into it. Use the outside hose to shower before entering the pool.
    • Although the entire property is fenced and designed to avoid risks, it is the responsibility of the parents to ensure the safety of minors at all times.
    • Make sure the entrance gate is closed when entering or leaving.
    • It is not allowed to hold parties or events that may disturb the tranquility of the area.
    • You must wear dry clothing when using the sofa or hammock. If you don't wear it, use towels or sheets.
    • For stays longer than 1 week, guests must allow the hosts access to the pool and garden area 1 or 2 times a week (depending on the season) to clean the bottom of the pool and maintain drip irrigation. and fruit trees. The best time to carry out the tasks will be specified with the guests.
